Northern Wisconsin Grouse Drumming- DNR Surveys: 2003 through 2008

The 4-2, 2-1, etc, are geographic designations assigned by the DNR. The actual counts are listed in the table below. The areas marked in red indicate that the drumming for 2008 either stayed the same or increased compared to 2007. The areas marked in green indicate the drumming dropped just a little. The areas marked in blue indicate the drumming had a drastic drop. Scroll down past the map and you will find a listing of each county.
